For years, I was looking for the breakthrough outside of myself.
I thought if I just found the right seminar, the right coach, or the right system, everything would click. But no matter how much I tried, I kept hitting the same wall—the big questions:
“What do you really want?”
“Why do you want it?”
I hated those questions.
Not because they were bad—but because I couldn’t honestly answer them. My mind would just spin and spin and no answers seemed good enough.
Sure, I gave answers. But they weren’t mine.
They were borrowed—pulled from books, influencers, and all the voices I’d collected over the years.
At some point, I had to face a hard truth:
I was trying to solve an internal disconnect with external strategies.
And here's what hit me hardest:
The understanding that I am not my mind and my mind is not me.
Most of what I thought I wanted came from the conditioned part of me—the part shaped by expectations, fear, and survival.
Not from the real me.
That’s when everything started to shift.
I realized I couldn’t just think my way through this. I had to get underneath the noise—to understand who I really was and what truly needed to change. And the answers? They had to come from within, not from another flashy promise or expensive program.
I knew I could use help—but I couldn’t find a coach I felt confident could lead me through it.
Someone who had been there.
Someone who wasn’t trying to sell me a dream, but help me finally uncover mine.
So I became the coach I wish I’d had.
If you’ve been stuck in that same space—feeling like the puzzle pieces are all there, but they won’t come together—
you're not broken. You just haven't been asked the right questions by someone who knows what it’s like not to have the answers.
So, the answer to why you might be screwed? If you can't decide what you really want and why you want it, you might be stuck in a pattern of thinking, a pattern of limiting beliefs that you aren't aware you have.
And maybe that’s why you’re here?
